Teaching Philosophy

"Every individual has the ability to learn and deeply connect with music. I hope my studio provides a warm, supportive space where students feel safe taking creative risks, exploring new ideas, and making mistakes. In this environment, mistakes are not failures, but a natural, valuable part of the learning journey. Removing the fear of making errors opens the door to progress and true artistic creativity, an idea that hopefully extends beyond students' musical endeavors. The ultimate goal is to guide students to become autonomous, self-directed musicians equipped with the confidence and tools to continue learning and growing independently for a lifetime. At its core, this approach stems from the belief that learning and sharing music has the power to change the world for the better, one unique musical voice at a time."
